Self-occupied residential, rented residential, commercial shops and offices all qualify. Agricultural land, property with unclear title, and property under litigation generally do not qualify.
LAP requires physical valuation by bank-empanelled valuer, legal title verification, and income assessment. Typically 7–15 working days from complete document submission.
